Cleaned

Holding companies, property LLCs and virtual-office addresses removed — about 1 in 4 filings.

Scored

Every business gets a 0–100 score with the signals behind it: EIN, commercial location, out-of-state expansion.

Built for insurance

Industry classified with AI and the coverage each business likely needs — GL, workers' comp, commercial auto.

Now online alerts

We re-check every lead at 30, 60 and 90 days and tell you when it launches a website and phone line.

FAQ

Questions

Where does the data come from?

From the official daily public filings of the Florida Division of Corporations, which anyone can access under Florida's public records law. We clean, classify and score it. SunriseFilings is not affiliated with the State of Florida.

Do you include phone numbers or emails?

Yes, when the business publishes them. We check the company's own website and its federal FMCSA registration (for trucking companies) and add the business phone, email and website we find. Brand-new businesses often don't have a website yet, so contact details are available for part of the list; every lead always includes the owner or manager and the business and mailing addresses.

How is the score calculated?

Points for an identified industry, expanding from another state, an existing federal EIN, a commercial location, several officers, an attorney or CPA as registered agent, and an active entrepreneur. Points removed for virtual offices, holding companies and non-profits.

Can I use the list to call or text?

You are responsible for complying with telemarketing and email laws (TCPA, Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, CAN-SPAM and Do-Not-Call rules). Automated dialers, AI voices and marketing texts without prior written consent are not allowed under our terms.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans, no contracts. Cancel from your account in one click.
